Job Description

Principle Duties

  • Analyze production, reservoir, and well performance data (production history, well test data) to identify operational challenges and recommend suitable chemical treatment solutions.
  • Conduct technical evaluations related to flow assurance, production optimization, well integrity, scaling, corrosion, organic & inorganic deposit, emulsion, water, sand and other subsurface production issues.
  • Proficient in using MBAL, PROSPER, and GAP software for well performance analysis, productivity evaluation, skin assessment, and production optimization studies.
  • Support laboratory studies, field trials, and performance assessments to validate chemical solution effectiveness.
  • Able to understand basic product selection based on subsurface data analysis, lab diagnosis, well intervention history and well trouble shooting.
  • Provide technical support for well intervention, well stimulation, production enhancement, artificial lift management and troubleshooting activities.
  • Able to support field operation and at times participate in onshore and offshore field operations, including chemical application, monitoring, and performance evaluation.
  • Monitor treatment performance and prepare technical reports for internal and client review.
  • Assist in developing technical proposals, presentations, and recommendations for customers.
  • Support business development activities through technical discussions, project reviews, and customer engagement.
  • Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor upon reporting to duty.

Knowledge/Experience Required for the Job

  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in Subsurface Engineering.

Academic/Professional Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemical/ Mechanical/Petroleum Engineering
