Joining the team is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of business process transformation and to provide essential analytical support to the Regional Business Operations team.

What You'll Do

Assist in EHS risk assessment data collection and documentation to meet with Corporate EHS Standards and local EHS requirement

Conduct EHS inspections, routine risk management by walking about on regular basis, including tracking on the closure of corrective action.

To assist in contractors safety program during commissioning of new plant, tracking contractors safety records and updating in the EHS system.

Assist in implementation of various EHS programs including fixtures, equipment registration, data collection for ergonomic risk assessment and control of hazardous energy.

Track any changes in processes, activities or services in the work environment to determine additional risks and update the changes in the EHS risk register

Assist in revision of EHS training material and conversion of photos into AI graphic

Assist EHS engineers on accident prevention program, intervene unsafe activities or act and collaborate with employees and supervisors on dertermining safe start-up

Promote safe behavior with regular coaching, and safety communiction to employees

Assist in Emergency Response Preparedness Activities

Assist in documention and investigate of incidents including root cause analysis, and assisting in the development of effective corrective actions.

Assist in EHS regulatory inspections or external audits

Update EHS records to meet with EHS Management System

Skills

Who we're looking for

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Strong in leadership skills and ability to work in fast paced environment

Strong in MS Powerpoint, Words and Excel and MS Forms

Preferred Qualifications

Qualification

Undergraduate bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Environmental Technology or Occupational Safety and Health or its equivalent

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. On-site Flex you'll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. Virtual Flex you'll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
