Engineering Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable and reliable systems
• Provide technical direction and architectural guidance across projects
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define requirements and deliver solutions
• Mentor and support engineers through code reviews, feedback, and career development
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, security practices, and quality benchmarks
• Manage project timelines, priorities, and resource allocation
• Identify and resolve technical challenges and performance bottlenecks
• Drive continuous improvement in development processes, tools, and workflows
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and recommend adoption where appropriate

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience in software development with strong proficiency in one or more programming languages
• Prior experience in a leadership or senior engineering role
• Strong understanding of system design, architecture, and scalability
• Experience with modern development frameworks, cloud platforms, and DevOps practices
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience leading distributed or cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools
• Knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards
