Engineering Lead (Wealth Technology)
A global financial institution is seeking an Engineering Lead to shape the next generation of Wealth Technology, driving innovation, engineering excellence, and largescale transformation across its digital landscape. You will lead multisquad engineering execution, shape solution design, and ensure secure, scalable, and highquality enterprise systems.
What You'll Do
- Lead endtoend delivery of enterprise technology solutions across multiple squads.
- Define and drive technical architecture, solution design, and engineering standards.
- Act as senior technical escalation point to ensure reliability, performance, and compliance.
- Work closely with Product Owners to prioritize backlogs and plan releases.
- Promote DevOps, CI/CD, and continuous improvement across engineering teams.
What We're Looking For
- Strong engineering background across APIs, databases, modern SDLC, cloud, and CI/CD.
- Proven track record delivering complex enterprise systems in Agile or SAFe environments.
- Ability to influence technical direction, mentor engineers, and work with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience in banking or wealth technology is an advantage.
