Key Responsibilities- Technician
- Preventive & Routine Maintenance
- Perform regular inspections of office facilities, equipment rooms, and mechanical areas.
- Record all maintenance activities in logbooks.
- Troubleshooting & Repairs
- Respond to breakdowns, alarms, and service requests.
- Troubleshoot issues related to electrical systems, HVAC units, plumbing leaks, door and furniture repairs, and basic civil works.
- Perform immediate corrective actions and escalate major faults to the Facility Lead.
- Vendor & Contractor Coordination
- Assist in supervising vendors performing servicing or repairs.
- Verify work quality, ensure safety compliance, and report any discrepancies to the Supervisor/Engineer.
- Escort contractors and maintain proper access control in technical areas.
- Inventory & Tools Management
- Track spare parts, consumables, and tools.
- Report low-stock items for replenishment.
- Maintain tools/equipment in good condition.
- Customer & Helpdesk Support
- Attend to internal end-users requests promptly (lighting issues, AC temperature complaints, minor repairs).
- Provide quick solutions or escalate when needed.
- Maintain professional communication with tenants/end users.
- Documentation & Reporting
- Update logbooks, checklists, maintenance forms, and daily reports.
- Report incidents, near misses, and system abnormalities.
- Support audits and compliance reporting.
Requirement
- Basic handyman work (carpentry, painting, patching).
- Event support/setup (power points, moving items, AV support).
- Energy-saving monitoring and implementation.
- Support during emergencies such as fire drills, power shutdowns, or water leaks.
- Teamwork- supporting the FM Team in any office event and celebration, meeting room arrangement and logistic.
