Overview Of The Position
This role leads and mentors an engineering team, managing projects from development to production while ensuring alignment with business priorities. It involves overseeing timelines, resources, and budgets to deliver complex projects successfully.
Key Responsibilities
- To lead, mentor, and support a team of engineers. Conduct regular performance reviews and career development.
- Drive execution of engineering projects from EVT to PVT and the early stage of MP.
- Collaborate with other functional managers and stakeholders to align priorities.
- Create and manage project timelines, goals, and deliverables. Track progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery.
- Manage team budgets, tools, and resource allocation. Plan headcount and staffing needs based on roadmap and priorities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic or Mechanical). Master's degree or MBA (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in cable assembly in the semiconductor industry. 2+ years in a leadership or management role.
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams and delivering complex projects.
