Job Description

Reponsibilities:

  • Set KPIs and assign duties to team members, ensuring clear accountability and performance alignment.
  • Identify training needs and oversee training and development programs to enhance team competency and performance.
  • Lead, motivate, and guide the team to drive continuous improvement, preventive actions, and a strong performance culture.
  • Drive cost reduction initiatives, including introducing full or partial automation to reduce manpower dependency.
  • Conduct production, process, and space capacity studies to meet customer and operational requirements.
  • Perform process audits to identify opportunities for quality, productivity, and efficiency improvements.
  • Support and coordinate new product development (NPD) and production line control system implementation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering(Mechanical, Industrial, or related field) with relevant experience.
  • Minimum 36 years of experiencein manufacturing, production, or leather/fabric industry, withteam leadership experience.
  • Strong knowledge ofprocess improvement, automation, and production efficiency techniques.
  • Proven ability tolead teams, set KPIs, and develop talent.
  • Excellentanalytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with ability to coordinate new product development and operational initiatives.
