Job Requirements

  • Supporting Project Planning: Assisting in developing project plans, timelines, and schedules.
  • Coordinating Meetings: Scheduling and organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and taking meeting minutes.
  • Document Management: Prepare project documentation, including reports, action items, and project files.
  • Communication: Facilitating communication among team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Task Tracking: Monitoring progress on project tasks, identifying delays or issues, and reporting to senior team members.
  • Administrative Support: Providing administrative assistance such as arranging travel, preparing expense reports, and managing project-related logistics.
  • Quality Assurance: Assisting in ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards through reviews and testing processes.
  • And any other roles and responsibilities that assigned by the company from time to time.

Education/ Experience

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering
  • Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in project coordination and administration.

Skills

  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English
  • Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Office, MS Powerpoint, Adobe
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Bayan Lepas, Penang office.
