Job Description

Job Requirements:

Minimum Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical or related field).
At least 8 years of experience in EMS manufacturing environment, with minimum 3 years in management level.
Strong knowledge in both manufacturing engineering and NPI / project execution.
Ability to read and review mechanical/electronics drawings.
Willing to work in Senai, Johor

Job Responsibilities:

i) Engineering Manager

Lead all engineering activities and operations within the company
Drive continuous improvement in production processes using lean manufacturing principles
Optimize manufacturing processes for cost, efficiency, quality, and productivity
Develop, implement, and improve SOPs, process controls, tooling, and safety requirements
Integrate new or modified equipment, tooling, and processes into production
Lead and develop engineering team capability and performance

ii) Project Manager

Lead and manage NPI projects from customer handover to mass production readiness.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure projects meet timeline, cost, and quality targets.
Review product design for manufacturability and provide technical feedback to customers.
Develop and track project schedules, risks, and key deliverables.
Act as key liaison between customers and internal teams for all NPI-related matters.
