Job Description:

A CW engineering technician works in the MPE lab PPV/platform engineering in executes validation/ repair, platform assembly , conversion, and assists with the assigned Lab tools and systems as well as maintains a high standard of Safety & 6S at the workplace. Possess a high degree of judgment and initiative to resolve complex non-standard problems and develop recommendations. Monitor & Accountable for Quality execution and task completion performance, Comply with SOP (Standard Operating Procedure), Seek clarification and problem-solving in ambiguity. Partner and learn from Field Service Engineer (from OEM). Document AAR for each escalation to reduce/eliminate future escalation. Assist or partner with Company's IT/network/Apps team in troubleshooting/repair or IT/network/Apps engineering activities.

Education/Experience:

• Diploma in Mechatronics and electronic engineering or related fields. Experience in electronic board debug, PC assembly processing, failure analysis tools

Knowledge

• Sound engineering and process knowledge for excursion/qual activities mentioned above
