Job Responsibility
You are responsible in,
- Provide detailed information and support to customers regarding Canon products, including cameras, printers, and accessories, through phone, email, and live chat.
- Address and resolve customer issues related to product performance, warranty claims, repairs, and returns efficiently and professionally.
- Assist customers with placing orders, updating them on order status, and handling shipping-related queries to ensure a smooth purchasing experience.
- Offer guidance and troubleshooting for technical problems with Canon products, helping customers resolve issues or directing them to the appropriate technical support resources.
- Collect and document customer feedback and complaints, and relay this information to relevant departments to help improve products and services.

Requirement
- Possess at least a SPM and above. Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
- Fluent in speaking and writing English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Available to work in rotational shift (9 Hour including 1 Hour break) between Mon - Fri, 7:30am - 6pm & Sat - Sun, 8am - 5pm
- 5.5 working days and 1 rotational off days including working weekdays or public holidays.
- Passionate on customer experience related tasks
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
- You are required to work on site at Ara Damansara Office
- Available to start work on August 2024
