That's where you come in.

We're looking for an Enrolment & Admissions Officer (also known as an Admissions Officer, Education Consultant, or Parent Relations Executive) to guide parents through this decision with warmth, clarity and genuine care. Based in Kuala Lumpur, this role sits at the heart of our international preschool, welcoming families from across the Klang Valley.

This isn't a typical admissions or sales role. You'll be part advisor, part relationship-builder — the first face of our brands and the trusted voice that helps parents feel confident in their choice.

Key Responsibilities

●     Be the first point of contact for parents enquiring about our preschool and early childhood education programmes — via calls, walk-ins, and digital enquiries.

●     Conduct engaging school tours that showcase our curriculum, environment and values.

●     Clearly explain the importance of early childhood development and how our programme supports it.

●     Understand each family's needs and guide them toward the right decision — through consultative sales and business development, not pressure.

●     Manage lead conversion and follow-ups with warmth and professionalism, nurturing enquiries through to enrolment

●     Build long-term parent engagement and trust — many families become long-term advocates for the school.

●     Maintain accurate admissions and enquiry records.

●     Work closely with academic and marketing teams to ensure a consistent, high-quality customer service experience.

Requirements (Must Have):

●     Strong communication skills — confident, warm and articulate with parents.

●     Background in any of: international schools, education/academia, sales, early childhood education, admissions, or customer service.

●     Comfortable with enquiries and conversion, with a consultative sales approach.

●     Organised, dependable, and detail-oriented.

●     Genuinely interested in early childhood education.

●     Mandarin speaking ability is a strong advantage, given our diverse Malaysian parent community.

●     Based in or able to commute to Kuala Lumpur / Selangor / Klang Valley.
