Enterprise Account Director

The Role:

  • Develop and execute account plans with a primary focus on enterprise accounts
  • Engage customers at a CxO level, orchestrating activities to ensure ongoing relationships, customer success, and strong alignment with value proposition.
  • Work closely with partners and resellers, enablingthem to maximize revenue within assigned accounts.
  • Leverage your knowledgein BI Dashboarding, Data Visualization, and Data Integration to navigate the dynamic landscape.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute account plans, with a focus on enterprise accounts, ensuring a strategic approach to customer engagement.
  • Independentlyidentify and acquirenew customers, whileupselling and cross-selling to the existing customer base.
  • Assist partners and resellers in sales cycles,preparing and executing Proof of Concept demos.
  • Manage contract negotiations to closure, ensuringa smooth and effective process.
  • Build and sustaina robust pipelinefor the assigned territory or segment.
  • Drive customer successby deeply understanding their business and effectively promoting the value proposition.
  • Approach customers at a CxO level, orchestrating key activities around prospects or clients.

The Desired Skills:

  • 10 years of successful sales experience in enterprise software, with expertise in managing complex sales cycles.
  • Experience working with partners and resellers to maximize revenue in assigned accounts.
  • Experience and understanding of the Big Data, Data Integration, and Data Analytics markets, including knowledge of Data Warehousing, Databases, and Business Intelligence software products.
  • Understanding of the BI Dashboarding, Data Visualization, and Data Integration market, preferably with experience in non-manufacturing industries.
  • Track record of selling to senior decision-makers, with a good network of existing senior executive contacts within enterprises in the respective territory and accounts.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
