About the Role

As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will be the main point of contact for strategic clients, owning commercial, operational, and reporting matters across the account.

From onboarding to ongoing service delivery, you will build strong client relationships, coordinate closely with internal teams and external partners, and ensure clients receive strong value from the platform.

This is a client-facing and cross-functional role, working closely with Operations, IT, Finance, and regional teams to ensure smooth execution, SLA adherence, and proactive issue management.

What You'll Be Doing

Client Relationship Ownership

  • Serve as the main point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned enterprise accounts
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across executive, operations, procurement, finance, and IT teams
  • Lead regular business reviews and manage client escalations when needed

Onboarding & Ongoing Account Management

  • Lead onboarding and go-live coordination for new enterprise clients
  • Work with internal teams to ensure timely setup, procurement, configuration, and delivery
  • Monitor account health, usage, SLA performance, and client satisfaction
  • Coordinate with Operations, IT, Finance, and external partners to resolve issues and ensure smooth delivery
  • Maintain clear, proactive, and consistent client communication

Commercial & Growth Responsibilities

  • Support renewals, contract discussions, and commercial conversations
  • Identify account expansion opportunities, including upsell and cross-sell potential
  • Work with Sales and Customer Success leadership to grow and retain strategic accounts
  • Track account performance, usage patterns, and satisfaction metrics

Reporting & Insights

  • Deliver regular client reports on SLA adherence, service metrics, device usage, and account performance
  • Share client feedback internally to improve processes, tools, and service delivery
  • Help strengthen account management processes as the company scales

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience in enterprise account management, customer success, or client services
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, IT services, or tech-enabled businesses is highly preferred
  • Proven experience managing enterprise clients and complex stakeholder environments
  • Strong commercial acumen, with exposure to renewals, upsells, contract discussions, or account expansion
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain updates clearly and diplomatically
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams across time zones
  • Comfortable working with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and collaboration tools
  • Able to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional environment
  • Comfortable operating in a lean team where ownership, clarity, and execution matter
