About the Role
We are seeking ahighly skilled and business-focused Junior Enterprise Architectto support the organization's enterprise architecture initiatives and drive alignment between business strategy, IT landscape, and digital transformation goals. The ideal candidate will have solid experience inenterprise architecture frameworks, application portfolio management, and technology road mapping, with hands-on knowledge ofany industry-standard EA tools(Bizz design preferred but not mandatory).
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior enterprise architects and business stakeholders todevelop and maintain the enterprise architecture blueprintacross business, application, data, and technology domains.
- Support thedefinition of architecture principles, standards, and governance processesaligned with enterprise goals.
- Work with business units toanalyze current-state architectures, identify gaps, and proposetarget-state solutions.
- Develop and maintainapplication and technology inventories, including system relationships, data flows, and integration maps.
- Assist inportfolio rationalization and application modernizationefforts (cloud migration, legacy transformation, etc.).
- Create and maintainarchitecture artifactssuch as capability models, value streams, roadmaps, and solution landscapes.
- Conductimpact analysisfor new initiatives and assess compliance with architectural standards.
- Participate inarchitecture review boards (ARB)and contribute to documentation, recommendations, and technical evaluations.
- Support theadoption and configurationof the enterprise architecture tool (Bizzdesign or equivalent such as Sparx EA, MEGA HOPEX, LeanIX, etc.).
- Liaise withsolution architects and technical leadsto ensure solution designs align with enterprise standards.
Required Skills & Experience
- 1215 yearsof total IT experience, including at least46 yearsin enterprise or solution architecture roles.
- Proven understanding ofEnterprise Architecture frameworkssuch asTOGAF, Zachman, or ArchiMate.
- Experience withEA tools Bizzdesign, MEGA, LeanIX, Sparx EA, or similar.
- Strong knowledge ofapplication architecture,integration patterns,data architecture concepts, andcloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Ability to create clear and structuredarchitecture deliverables and visualizations.
- Experience instakeholder managementand working withcross-functional teamsin complex environments.
- Exposure tobusiness capability modeling,digital transformation, orIT strategy planningis highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to engage both technical and business audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification inTOGAF, ArchiMate, or Bizzdesignpreferred.
- Experience working inAgile / SAFe environments.
- Prior exposure toarchitecture governance,IT portfolio management, orenterprise roadmappinginitiatives.
