Job Description:

  • Operational Support: Manage end-to-end BD operational activities that support Key Account Managers (KAMs) and merchants, including brand tagging, outlet onboarding, menu updates, campaign setup, and other related tasks.
  • Data Management: Maintain accuracy and consistency across reports, trackers, and system submissions to ensure reliable information flow and data integrity.
  • Performance Tracking: Ensure BD KPI dashboards and brands performance dashboard are up to date.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks by coordinating with internal teams such as Marketing, Operations, and Finance.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all documentation, trackers, and submission lists are accurate, complete, and up to date.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field, experience in e-commerce / food delivery industry would be an added advantage
  • Strong analytical skills (proficiency in Excel in required)
  • Innovative problem-solving skills, able to dissect and identify problems and implement solutions accordingly
  • Team player with an aptitude for work and the drive to constantly outperform your KPIs
  • Excellent command of English and the ability to converse fluently in other languages (eg Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin) will be an added advantage
