Role Summary
To establish, oversee, and enhance strategic partnerships with digital solution providers, delivering innovative and revenue-driven solutions for enterprise markets while aligning with the telco's digital transformation strategy.
Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership Development
- Identify, assess, and onboard digital solution partners across key areas such as cloud, IoT, AI, cybersecurity, fintech, and enterprise solutions.
- Negotiate and structure partnership agreements to ensure mutual business value.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key partners to drive long-term collaboration.
Solution Development & Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, sales, IT) to co-develop telco-integrated digital solutions.
- Define business models, pricing strategies, and market positioning for digital offerings.
- Lead co-marketing and co-selling initiatives to accelerate adoption and revenue growth.
Revenue Growth & Business Expansion
- Explore new revenue streams through innovative digital partnerships.
- Monitor and optimize partner performance to maximize profitability.
- Ensure solutions align with market demand and overall telco business objectives.
Technology & Ecosystem Alignment
- Stay informed on emerging industry trends (5G, cloud computing, AI, etc.) to identify strategic partnership opportunities.
- Work closely with internal digital and IT teams to ensure the technical feasibility of solutions.
- Facilitate API integrations and platform partnerships as needed.
Governance & Compliance
- Ensure all partnerships adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Conduct risk assessments and due diligence processes for potential partners.
- Establish KPIs and performance monitoring frameworks to track partner solution success.
Requirements
- Business Development & Negotiation Strong ability to structure, negotiate, and close strategic partnerships.
- Telco & Digital Solutions Expertise Deep understanding of telco business models and emerging digital technologies.
- Project & Stakeholder Management Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing external vendors.
- Financial & Commercial Acumen Skilled in evaluating business cases, revenue models, and cost structures.
- Customer-Centric Innovation Ability to develop solutions aligned with customer needs and market trends.
