Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking for a self-motivated, detail oriented, independent and have excellent problem-solving abilities for our Enterprise Campaign Specialist role. This role will be responsible for the end-to-end Enterprise customer lifecycle management, which includes analysing customer's behaviour, create, execute and monitor campaigns, track and manage the process, understand trends and dynamics, provide campaign reporting, analysis and insights.

Your work life:

  • Efficiently manage end-to-end implementation of the Enterprise & Public Sector campaigns including performing customer behaviour analysis, creation of ideas, profiling criteria, mapping suitable offerings, prepare proposal and obtain approval, create and manage campaigns for awareness, upsell, cross sell, retention/renewal and win back.
  • Campaign opportunity assessment / base analysis to drive insights and actions.
  • Monitor campaign performance on an ongoing basis and conduct deep-dive analysis to understand the effectiveness of campaigns as well as make strategic recommendations.
  • To drive the total product subscription per customer as a proactive measure to create stickiness and reduce churn.
  • Track and manage renewal and churn processes.
  • Assist to develop customer value management strategy and Customer Lifecycle Management roadmap by leveraging on key insights and advanced analytics.
  • Plan, manage and continuously develop new strategies and tactical plans to improve the adoption of Enterprise solutions among TIME business customers.
  • Compile, maintain and deliver campaign reports and presentations.
  • Be the backbone and continuously engage with the Client Managers, Solution Sales team and Product team by developing programs and tactical promotions.
  • Involve in the migration / plan rationalization / clean-up initiative to ensure a healthy customer base.
  • Coordinates at all stages with the Head of IVM and Sectors Heads.
  • Ensure that the customer experience is always prioritized in every campaign execution.
  • Manage EDM blast & being the EDM controller for Enterprise & Public Sector.
  • Manage data and dashboard for campaign related reports.
  • Drive Campaign Process Enhancement and automation.

To be considered, you'll need:

  • Bachelor/master's degree Business, Data Analysis, Mathematics, Statistics or equivalent practical experiences.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills.
  • 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in Customer Value Management / Customer Lifecycle Management / Base Marketing / Base Management / Marketing or Insights role.
  • Strong analytical and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to effectively operate in a fast-paced environment and to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic and constantly evolving context.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills and strong ability to comfortably interface with all levels of management and to communicate cross-functionally in a structured and clear manner to influence outcomes.
