Job Overview
As part of the Sales team a key driver of TIME's success the Client Manager acts as a trusted advisor and champion of TIME's products and services. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for both existing and prospective clients, building strong relationships, identifying opportunities, and delivering value. Your energy, communication skills, and commercial instinct will help grow our client base, maximise revenue, and ensure customer satisfaction across all sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a positive ambassador of TIME, promoting our full suite of solutions: Connectivity, Data Centre, Cloud, and Security
- Identify, qualify, and convert sales opportunities into successful deals
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Provide consultative support to customers in planning and designing their telecom and ICT infrastructure
- Keep a pulse on market trends and customer needs to inform product and service innovation
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver the right solutions and ensure smooth implementation
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs assigned
- Maintain accurate sales records and reporting using internal systems
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably within the ICT industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and goal-oriented
- Curious mindset with a strong desire to learn and grow
- High level of professionalism, persistence, and discipline
- Team player with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
