Enterprise Digital Solutions Architect

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to implement the defined digital sales strategy in your specified market scope (global/regional) effectively, to improve ABB's market penetration and realize growth aspirations in the assigned scope. Each day, you will execute digital sales strategy and initiatives within the assigned scope to achieve both qualitative and quantitative digital sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenue, margin, market share, sales productivity, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by acting as a critical contributor to the digital customer base growth.

This role is contributing to the Automation Energy Industries Division of ABB across Asia Region including offshore and onshore business., working closely with Local Division Managers, Services Managers, Service Sales, Technical Sales and Solution Sales within the region.

• Selling digital solutions to customers, focusing on volume, mix, and profitability targets for the assigned divisions.

• Establishing and maintaining effective customer relationships (including customers Digital stakeholders) to understand customer their needs, promoting customer their understanding of full ABB's complete product/systems/ services offering, and aligning with them to provide a solution.

• Ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.

• Preparing sales plans using company ABB authorized tools.

Qualifications for the role

• Demonstrated experience incybersecurityand other industrial digital solutions within industrial, infrastructure or energy sectors.

• Understanding ofindustrial processes(O&G, power & water, offshore and other Energy industries segments)and ability to translate operational needs into digital solutions.

• Expertisein digital technologies, IoT platforms, analytics, Cloud and Edge platforms and software applications.

• Excellent communication and influencing skills and ability to engage senior stakeholders.

• Strategic thinker with proactive problem-solving and opportunity identification skills.

• Experience in leading cross-functional initiatives or mentoring peers is an advantage.

• Certifications like TOGAF, IEC 62443, AWS/AZURE Solution Architect, CISSP will be preferred.
