Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Enterprise Operations Lead to oversee post-sales operations and service delivery for our enterprise customers. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless deployment, support, and lifecycle management of our IoT, Enterprise WiFi, and 5G-based solutions. The ideal candidate will bring operational rigor, customer-centricity, and cross-functional leadership to drive excellence across our enterprise engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end operations for enterprise solution delivery, including customer onboarding, provisioning, and support
- Operate with a sense of urgency in ensuring swift resolution and proactive communication with customers
- Monitor and optimize operational KPIs, including uptime, incident resolution, and service quality
- Coordinate with internal teams (network, engineering, product, and customer service) to ensure class-leading customer satisfaction and SLA adherence
- Manage vendor relationships and third-party integrators to ensure timely and compliant deployments
- Develop and implement scalable processes for solution rollout and support
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align operational capabilities with evolving customer needs
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in telecom operations, enterprise service delivery, or technical program management
- Strong understanding of enterprise networking (WiFi, VPN, SIP, SDWAN), cellular (4G/5G) technologies and connectivity/IOT hardware
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and external vendors
- Experience with quantitative management, process optimization, operational tools, dashboards, and incident tracking systems
