Role
As an Enterprise Project Manager, you will manage the end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise customer projects across multiple solution areas, including Managed Services, DIA, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Fiber, 5G, IoT and AI. You will coordinate internal teams, vendors and customers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and in line with agreed SLAs and customer expectations.
The Day-to-Day Activities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of enterprise customer projects, from planning to implementation and closure.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, solution lines, vendors and partners to ensure smooth project execution.
- Manage project timelines, milestones, resources, budgets and deliverables.
- Act as the key point of contact for customers, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, issues and dependencies to ensure timely delivery.
- Lead project governance, status reporting and performance tracking for management visibility.
- Ensure delivery meets SLAs, contractual requirements, quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Build strong relationships with enterprise customers and stakeholders through proactive and solution-oriented communication.
About You
- Degree in Project Management, Business, IT, Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in Enterprise Project / Program Management, preferably within telecommunications, ICT or technology.
- Proven experience managing complex, large-scale and cross-functional projects.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working with enterprise customers, vendors and internal teams.
- Good understanding of project governance, risk management, budgeting and SLA management.
- Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving and organizational skills.
- PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification is an added advantage.
