Responsibilities
- Support key regional market industries, clients, and project opportunities by developing and iterating high-value digital consulting and solutions.
- Promote the value of digital transformation solutions, product solutions, and customer success practices to large enterprises through both online and offline channels.
- Provide comprehensive digital consulting and solutions to clients across all sectors, participating in project tracking, bidding processes, and following through to project signing.
- Offer support for project requirements and blueprint solutions before projects enter the delivery phase.Conduct training sessions and empower regional customer managers, pre-sales consultants, and implementation consultants.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Accountant, Automation and Business Administration;
- more than 3 years of experience in the implementation and support of business applications and cloud solutions;
- Good command of one business knowledge, including accounting, supply chain, manufacturing, or construction industry;
- Experience in ERP solutions (Sage, SAP, Oracle, Netsuite, Microsoft Navision, Workday) will be advantageous;
- Fluency in Chinese to liaise with Chinese-speaking counterparts; additional language skills are a plus;

- Working time: Monday to Friday, 9 am - 6 pm (One hour lunch break)
- On-site (Johor Office or at Client site)
- Based in Malaysia, with willingness to travel across Southeast Asia for project delivery
