About the role
We are seeking an experiencedEnterprise Resource Planning (ERP)Consultant to join our team at Conext Solution Sdn Bhd. As an ERP Consultant, you will play a key role in providing pre and post sales support to our customers, ensuring they get the most out of ourERP solutions. This is a full-time position that will involve a mix of customer facing and technical responsibilities.
What you'll be doing
- Demonstrating and promoting ourERP softwaresolutions.
- Providing technical support and training to customers on the implementation.
- Gathering requirements and translating them into system configurations.
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues with the ERP Odoo software.
- You will perform ERP Odoo customization and development, including modifying existing features and building new functionalities based on business needs.
- Participate in ERP solution sales process, including pre-sales support, client meetings, and solution explanation.
What we're looking for
- Proven experience as an ERP Consultant, Business Analyst, or Technical Support Specialist with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Fresh graduates with relevant knowledge or internship experience are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in programming and database tools such as Python and SQL.
- Strong understanding of ERP Odoo systems and their implementation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with client.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve issues.
- Familiarity with popular ERP software such as Odoo and SAP.
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
