About the Company
We are seeking a IT Business Solutions / IT Project Management Executive to support our Business Solutions function in driving digital transformation across the organization. This role works closely with Division Heads, HODs and IT teams to analyses business needs, manage system enhancement projects, and ensure technology solutions align with business strategy, compliance, and operational excellence. You will be involved in system enhancement, automation, process improvement, project coordination, and stakeholder management, supporting multiple business units.
About the Role
Key Objectives:
- Partner with business stakeholders to analyses, improve and digitize business processes
- Manage IT enhancement and system implementation projects
- Ensure solutions comply with statutory, security and governance requirements
- Track IT budgets, project timelines and delivery quality
- Drive continuous improvement through automation and innovation
Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Process Improvement:
- Gather, analyses and document business requirements
- Identify process gaps, inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Translate business needs into system and application solutions
- Validate data and ensure accuracy in system inputs and reports
Project & System Implementation:
- Support project scoping, timelines and stakeholder sign-off
- Coordinate system enhancement, testing and deployment
- Work with IT vendors, developers and internal teams
- Track project milestones, risks and performance metrics
- Assist in UAT, documentation and system rollout
Technology & Innovation:
- Research new technologies and recommend business solutions
- Support automation of repetitive tasks and operational processes
- Evaluate system usability, scalability and performance
- Assist in system maintenance, audits and reviews
Documentation & User Enablement:
- Prepare process flows, SOPs, user guides and system documentation
- Train users on system processes and new features
- Identify and resolve system issues through analysis and coordination
Qualifications
Education Diploma/Degree in:
- Computer Science / IT / Computer Engineering
- Business Information System / Business IT
- Business / Marketing (with strong IT interest)
Experience:
- 0–3 years in system implementation, application support, business analysis or IT projects
- Fresh graduates with strong internship experience are welcome
