Job Description:

Responsible to assist the team in the implementation of enterprise risk management framework and business continuity management programme in ShopeePay and Monee.
Review due diligence of new outsourced service providers and third party arrangements prior to onboarding.
Assist in independent review of performance of outsourcing arrangements, identify potential risks and recommend areas of improvements.
Support and coordinate risk control self-assessments of various functions, and ensure completion of actions in a timely manner.
Support operational risk assessments, business impact analysis, and business continuity planning and exercises.
Assist in operational risk incident reporting.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of working experience in risk management, audit, finance or other related fields.
Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Finance, Commerce or related field.
Strong communication skills and a great team player.
Adaptive, inquisitive and proactive.
Ability to work in a fast pace environment.
