We are looking for an Enterprise Sales Director who would like to grow with us, clearly defined by three things:

As an Enterprise Sales Director, you are required to:
- Deliver profitable growth for the department in line with company targets and objectives.
- Develop and sustain aggressive business development and sales strategy.
- Identify, create and close opportunities to drive business expansion in Malaysia across industries.
- Develop account coverage strategy and build rapport with major accounts, especially large enterprises.
- Establish sales cycle by making initial presentation, explaining products and services enhancement and additions while maintaining business relationship.
- Develop, execute and track business expansion progress according to plans; work internally with Sales Team to meet and/or exceed target number of pipelines and sales
- Collaborate with multiple parties internally and externally (Solution Manager, Marketing, Technical Services & Support, external partners, technology vendors) to support company's objective and add value to customers.
- Provide leadership to the function of Sales, Inside Sales and Product Management.
We are looking for an individual with:
- Bachelor's Degree or Professional Certificate from a recognized institution, preferably in IT/Information Systems/ Computer Science/ Computer Engineering/Business/Marketing
- Minimum 5-7 years sales experience managing major B2B client accounts, preferably for tech-related solutions, experience managing FSI or Telco end users is a definite advantage
- Professional communication and influential presentation skills
- Ability to grasp ideas and translate into sales pitch quickly
- Aggressive self-starter who is goal-oriented
- Own transport and willing to travel to client offices
- Experience working with a System Integrator (SI) or Technology Consulting organization is preferred
