Job Description

We are looking for highly motivated and professional salespeople to join our team. To be a successful enterprise software salesperson, you must have at least 5 years sales experience as well as a good understanding of the software products and technical matters that may need to be discussed when educating customers about our products. Because of this, the ideal candidate for this position must be technically savvy and have good interpersonal skills, as well as previous experience in either the sales or customer service industries. Ideally, you will be able to answer customer questions about our product while building trust and ensuring that our customers are satisfied with the sales you make.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess client needs and promote suitable products to meet customer needs
  • Meet with decision-makers and provide information about software products
  • Lead opportunities and perform product presentations and get assistance from team for product or services demonstrations as needed
  • Negotiate sales prices and close deals
  • Construct pitches and sales presentations
  • Generate leads and prospects
  • Assist in marketing activities and campaigns, contribute to sales strategy planning & discussions
  • Provide weekly sales updates and achieve quarterly sales targets set

Profile:

  • Minimum 5+ years of IT/software sales experience specifically in SAP.
  • Any relevant degree or diploma or higher diploma
  • Enterprise Sales experience working with Oracle, Microsoft, SAP or Uipath or resellers / distributors selling software are a plus, as job requires selling enterprise software products
  • Proven track record with impressive sales numbers
  • Written and verbal communication skills, including relationship-building and influencing
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite or similar software, including spreadsheets and presentation skills
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Strong sense of organization and time management, discipline
  • Excellent client relationship building and sales acumen
  • Knowledgeable in Enterprise Solution Sales Techniques in order to play the enterprise sales role more effectively in the areas of qualification of deals, building better rapport with C-level executives as well as to possess the ability to better articulate our value propositions
