Job Description

We are looking for a sales-driven and dynamic Enterprise Sales Manager to lead the growth of our ecommerce payment solutions. This role focuses on acquiring new merchants, driving transaction

volume, and expanding strategic partnerships with e-commerce platforms and fintech players. The ideal candidate combines strong sales acumen with knowledge of digital payments, merchant acquisition, and channel development.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Business Development & Sales Growth

Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new e-commerce merchants, SMEs, and enterprise clients.

Drive adoption of cross-border payments, eWallet, Unified QR Pay by Countries (e.g. DuitNow in

Malaysia) and alternative payment methods (APMs).

Achieve revenue targets by increasing transaction volume, merchant sign-ups, and retention rates.

Merchant & Partner Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, channel partners, and e-commerce platforms.

Negotiate merchant discount rates (MDR), transaction fees, and settlement terms to maximize

profitability.

Act as the main liaison between merchants and technical teams for smooth onboarding and integration.

Provide consultative solutions to merchants, helping them optimize checkout and boost conversion.

Sales Strategy & Market Expansion

Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer need to identify new sales opportunities.

Support regional expansion by onboarding merchants across multiple countries with multi-currency payment options.

Leverage AI-driven sales tools and CRM systems to forecast pipelines, track performance, and

optimize merchant acquisition.

Collaboration

Collaborate with marketing teams to create campaigns, sales kits, and promotional offers to attract merchants.

Partner with product and tech teams to improve features that increase merchant satisfaction and

transaction success rates.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.

Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales/business development in payment gateway, fintech, or ecommerce.

Strong track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets in merchant acquisition or payment services.

Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.

Solid understanding of payment ecosystems (cards, e-wallets, FPX, BNPL, QRPay, cross-border).

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about growing digital payments adoption.

Highly self-disciplined, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision, while

maintaining strong accountability for results
