Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue across the Data Center solutions portfolio
- Identify, engage, and manage key accounts across data centre operators, contractors, consultants, and end-users
- Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting and solution presentation through to commercial negotiation and deal closure
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers within target accounts
- Provide technical consultation to customers, matching solutions to their infrastructure requirements
- Collaborate with internal product, engineering, and marketing teams to develop tailored proposals and presentations
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
- Maintain accurate pipeline records and deliver regular sales forecasts and account updates
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales or business development experience, preferably within infrastructure, IT, or electrical domains
- Strong understanding of enterprise buying cycles and account management practices
- Knowledge of Data Center infrastructure solutions including Racking Systems, Containment, Cable Management, UPS, Busway, PDUs, Cooling, and Cabling Infrastructure
- Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and engage multiple stakeholders
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently across a defined territory
