Role Description
This is an on-site role for an Enterprise Sales Specialist, based in Klang Valley. Responsibilities include identifying and generating leads, preparing sales presentations, and closing software sales opportunities. The role demands managing contract negotiations, utilizing consultative selling techniques to understand and fulfill client needs, and assisting in crafting tailored solutions. The Enterprise Sales Specialist will coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth sales process while building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in Software Sales and Sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Expertise in Lead Generation and Contract Negotiation
• Knowledge of Consultative Selling approaches to address and solve customer pain points
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand complex financial software and provide tailored client solutions
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience in fintech or enterprise SaaS sales is a plus

• Closed structured B2B deals
• Dealt with CFO / CIO / procurement
• Understands demos, proposals, RFPs
• Comfortable with 3–6 month cycles
