Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Sales Execution
- Drive end-to-end enterprise sales processes from prospecting, qualification, proposal development, to deal closure.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients and strategic partners.
- Achieve revenue targets by promoting YTL's AI solutions (including ILMU) across key industries such as telecommunications, financial services, healthcare, education, and government.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations that clearly communicate the business impact of AI-driven solutions.
2. Solution Advisory & Client Engagement
- Engage with senior stakeholders to understand business challenges and align AI solutions to strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with pre-sales, data, and engineering teams to co-design and deliver client-specific proposals and proofs of concept.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring post-sales satisfaction to drive renewals, upsells, and account growth.
3. Strategic Partnerships & Ecosystem Building
- Establish and manage partnerships with system integrators, technology vendors, and academic institutions to enhance market reach.
- Represent YTL's AI initiatives at industry events, conferences, and thought leadership forums.
- Contribute to partnership frameworks and joint go-to-market strategies to accelerate adoption.
4. Market Intelligence & Commercial Strategy
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in AI and LLM domains.
- Provide structured commercial and product feedback to leadership to refine strategy, pricing, and positioning.
- Support the development of marketing and communication materials to strengthen YTL's AI market presence.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 58 years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, or solution consulting within the technology, SaaS, or digital transformation space.
- Proven ability to develop and close enterprise-level deals, ideally involving AI, analytics, or automation solutions.
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies including artificial intelligence, machine learning, and cloud ecosystems.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to engage senior decision-makers.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
