Senior Specialist Product Offer Management( Data entry/data management)

Location: Bayan Lepas, Penang, Malaysia

Contract: 24 months (Extendable) | Via Optimum Infosolutions

Working Hours: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

About the Role

Responsible for managing and maintaining product data for Dell products across release and post-release stages. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate system configurations and smooth product operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain SKUs, options, modules, chassis, and order codes in internal systems (Domino/PAC)
• Manage product data updates and resolve configuration issues
• Partner with IT and stakeholders on data and system issues
• Perform product data testing and regular data clean-up
• Run standard and ad-hoc queries
• Support audits and participate in process improvement projects

Requirements

• 1+ year experience in data, operations, or product-related roles
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related fields
• Fresh graduates with strong Excel skills are welcome
• Basic system and product data knowledge
• Strong attention to detail, proactive mindset, and ability to join quickly
