MFM is one of the major poultry integrators in poultry feeds, breeding, farming with a state-of-the-art processing facility across the poultry value chain. Designed to meet the domestic and international markets, the advanced facility will process up to 300,000 birds per day.

Job Description

• Assist in ensuring compliance with EHS regulations and company policies.
• Gather and analyze data related to workplace hazards, incidents, and safety performance metrics.
• Coordinate in HIRARC implementation with all related workplace
• Assist in the documentation and reporting of EHS incidents, near misses, and follow-up actions.
• Help develop and deliver EHS Training programs and materials for employees.
• Support the planning and execution of EHS audits and inspections across various departments.
• Participate in environmental monitoring activities, including waste management and pollution control
• Maintain and update EHS documentation, including records of safety inspections, incident reports, and compliance certificates
• Contribute ideas for improving SHE practices and procedures within the organization
• Create & Implement 1 Continuous Improvement (CI) Project related to EHS.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Environment Health & Safety or equivalent.
• Good attitude and eager to explore EHS in manufacturing setting.
• This position is based in Pasir Gudang, Johor.
