Job Purpose
The post holder is responsible to support support the Head of Environmental Performance & Sustainability on the Environmental Performance, analysis & reporting, participate in the EMS improvements and technical support as required.
Key Accountabilities
- Supports improvements and implementation of the VTEB Environmental Management System.
- Ensure Group Environmental Management System Procedures are kept current and compliant with relevant standards.
- Support Environmental Management System Audit conducted by the Group and Business Division.
- Responsible to support the implementation of Environmental & Sustainability policies and procedures at VTEB
- Responsible to support the preparation and updates of environmental sustainability benchmarking and climate pathways and action plan
- Ensure the accuracy of Scope 3 activity data collected from contributors
- Responsible to facilitate the improvements of Synergi environmental performance module functionality and changes in environmental variables Scope 3 emission factor of the Scope 3
- Responsible in the planning of environmental campaign and conservation program
- Deliver environmental sustainability training programs for VTEB Employee
- Support in incident investigation related to the environment.
Qualifications / Certifications:
- Degree in Environment or relevant Engineering field
- ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System Lead Auditor
- Certified Environmental Professional in Scheduled Waste Management
Relevant Experience:
- 5-7 years experience involves in HSE/Environmental Sustainability Reporting and data analysis/Emission Study and Project Environmental Management System
- Experience in managing GHG and environmental performance align with BURSA Malaysia Sustainability Requirements
- Experience in hazardous waste management and Environmental Impact Assessment requirements
