We are hiring for an experienced Environment Engineer to join our leaing technology manufacturing site .
Job Scope / Responsibilities:
Environmental Compliance & Monitoring
- Ensure the company's operations comply with local, state, and federal environmental regulations.
- Conduct environmental audits and inspections to identify potential compliance risks.
- Monitor emissions, effluents, waste management, and other environmental performance indicators.
Pollution Control & Waste Management
- Develop, implement, and oversee strategies for air, water, and soil pollution control.
- Design and manage waste treatment, recycling, and disposal systems.
- Recommend methods to minimize environmental impact from production processes.
Environmental Impact Assessment
- Conduct environmental impact assessments (EIAs) for new projects or facility expansions.
- Prepare reports and documentation for regulatory submissions.
- Advise project teams on mitigation measures and sustainability practices.
Sustainability Initiatives
- Implement energy-efficient, eco-friendly, and sustainable engineering solutions.
- Support corporate sustainability goals, including carbon footprint reduction and resource conservation.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of environmental data, audits, and compliance activities.
- Prepare environmental reports for internal stakeholders and regulatory authorities.
Training & Awareness
- Conduct training sessions for staff on environmental best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Promote environmental awareness and culture within the organization.
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in environmental compliance, waste management, or sustainability projects.
- Knowledge of environmental regulations and standards.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
