Banting, Selangor to support environmental compliance across major data center projects.

Key Responsibilities
What You Will Do
- Monitor environmental compliance through site inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
- Oversee environmental controls including waste, dust, noise, water, and pollution management.
- Investigate environmental incidents and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare environmental reports, audit records, permits, and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders and support environmental management systems and sustainability initiatives.
Who We Are Looking For
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of environmental experience within data centre projects.
- Experience in infrastructure, industrial, or data centre projects is an advantage.
- Familiar with environmental regulations, compliance requirements, and construction environmental controls.
- Experience conducting site inspections, audits, incident investigations, and compliance assessments independently.
Skills and Attributes
- Strong understanding of environmental risk management and compliance systems.
- Excellent report writing, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced construction environment.
- Willing to be site-based and support inspections, including overtime or weekend work during critical project phases.
- Good command of English. Experience with ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems is beneficial.
