What You'll Do:
- Manage and oversee all environmental, health, and safety (EHS) matters to ensure a safe and compliant workplace.
- Stay ahead of State, Federal, and Local regulations, and ensure our operations meet or exceed these requirements.
- Provide expert guidance to companies and employees on EHS legislation and compliance.
- Track and improve the effectiveness of EHS programs.
- Assist in investigating accidents and incidents, driving continuous improvement.
- Implement and enhance the EHS Management System, fostering a culture of safety and sustainability.
- Contribute to the creation of robust EHS policies and plans that meet evolving legal and operational needs.
- Develop frameworks for collecting and tracking EHS data.
- Act swiftly in emergencies, ensuring additional assistance is mobilized as needed.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives (kaizen).
- Ensure compliance with DOSH and other local authorities, and maintain company's reputation for safety excellence.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Green Book Holder
- Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Technology, Environmental Engineering, or equivalent.
- Min. of 3 - 5 years of related experience and / or training in EHS.
- Strong analytical, coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Experience in report writing, conducting EHS assessments / monitoring
