Module Equipment Technician

Location: Pulau Pinang, Malaysia

Duration: 1-Year Contract

Role Summary

We are looking for a skilled Module Equipment Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize manufacturing equipment. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth operations, improving equipment performance, and supporting engineering initiatives in a fast-paced semiconductor environment.

Key Responsibilities

Install, maintain, repair, and modify manufacturing equipment

Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and calibration activities

Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement corrective actions

Analyze equipment data and monitor performance trends

Support engineering teams in process improvements and new tool installations

Drive continuous improvement and quality initiatives

Ensure compliance with safety standards, including PPE and LOTO procedures

Requirements

Diploma in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Electrical / Electronics Engineering

12 years of experience in Semiconductor Manufacturing (preferred)

Experience in equipment installation, maintenance & troubleshooting is an advantage

Ability to analyze equipment data and identify abnormalities

Fast learner, self-motivated, and adaptable
