Equipment Engineer (Wafer Sort)

Work Location: Batu Kawan

Job Responsibilities:

1. Take responsibility for process control within the designated area, continually optimizing existing equipment to ensure product quality.
2. Handle equipment faults and execute PM plans to maintain a smooth production workflow.
3. Implement and verify cost reduction initiatives within the area of responsibility.
4. Collaborate in the acceptance of newly purchased equipment within your area of responsibility.
5. Manage equipment spare parts, including inventory, procurement, and technical verification.
6. Oversee the management of tools, kits, standard samples, and similar resources within the designated area.
7. Develop various equipment operation manuals and guidelines for tasks specific to your area of responsibility.
8. Ensure all requirements are met for smooth equipment implementation in production.
9. Work closely with other AMD groups and sites to provide effective solutions and support for daily production activities. Demonstrates flexibility/adaptability to frequent changes.
10. Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics
2. Excellent oral and written skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
3. 05 years experience experiences. (Fresh graduates are welcoming also)
4. Good knowledge of Electronic, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
5. Basic understanding of semiconductor testing.
6. Basic equipment operation and maintenance.
