Equipment Technician (Advanced Packaging Fan Out Team)

Job Responsibilities:

-Support equipment engineers to secure health and stability of equipment and related tooling.

-Hands-on in equipment basic operation, set-up, PM, needed conversion and trouble shooting for assigned equipment or modules.

-Follow exactly on established equipment operation, setup, trouble shooting and maintenance procedure and actions with related equipment specs or guidelines.

-Timely response and act promptly to equipment alarm and down cases with trained or proven troubleshooting procedure at the guideline or spec, or through needed discussion and alignment with related equipment engineers or vendors to take the right troubleshooting approaches.

-Conduct daily or established health checklists of assigned equipment to ensure equipment stability and update time with industry benchmarks

-Work closely with process engineering, production, and other relevant groups to provide effective and time-to-operation equipment solutions and uptime with a reasonable cycle time to industry benchmarks.

-Adapt to needed flexibility to deal with unexpected challenges in both technical and over time to minimise equipment downtime.

-Able to work in a rotational shift work as and when needed.

-Must have a sense of urgency with proactive technical learning and time planning to complete the task on time

Qualification: -

-Education: Diploma and major in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Material and Chemical Engineering, or Other Engineering Fields.

-Language: Basic English reading, writing, and speaking ability

-Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of industrial experience with at least equipment maintenance experience in the Semicon Industry.

-Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply too

-Basic understanding of equipment configuration, equipment operation and maintenance, and their impact on processing or metrology quality.

-Able to collect needed and related data in equipment troubleshooting, and work closely with the process or metrology team to buy-off accordingly.

-Dare to raise the flag timely and ask questions with a self-improvement mindset and proactive learning.

-Able to work in Batu Kawan with manageable transportation time.
