Equipment Technician (Wafer Sort)
Job Responsibilities:
- Production line equipment maintenance on shift to meet planned KPIs goal.
- Execute exactly according Spec, WI, OPL and BKM to maintain equipment.
- Equipment ramp up and conversion to support production volume loading.
- Perform preventive maintenance (PM) / calibration (CAL) of production equipment.
- Strong knowledge in Sawing, Single Reflow, Laser Grooving, Laser Trenching, Die Sorter, Wafer Mounter, Tape & Reel.
- Strong knowledge in Underfill, Ball Mount, Dispensing, Stiffener Attach
- Provide technical support/solutions to resolve equipment and hardware related issues.
- Conduct Training on equipment operation and maintenance to operator and technician1.
- Meet all company requirements on 5s, quality, EHS and discipline.
- Perform other duties as required assigned by supervisor.
Job Requirements
- :Technical Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering / Mechatronic Engineering / Electrical & Electronics Engineering
- .Minimum 1-2 years and above of relevant industry experiences
- .Familiar with equipment operation and know basic maintenance of production equipmen
- tBasic communication skills and good learning and feedback ability
- .Handling on SMT machine knowledg
- eHandling on Flip Chip / Die Attach machine knowledg
- eAble to provide expertise in Underfill, Ball Mount, Dispensing, Stiffener Attach Process
