Job Description
As a key individual contributor in our Employee Relations and Policies team, you will have sound technical knowledge and experience in Workplace Relations. You will be a strategic thinker with empathy, responsible for advising on complex ER cases, influencing, coaching, and uplifting business lead and HR Partner capabilities. You will be a strong communicator and have ability to influence your various stakeholders across the broad spectrum of employee relations issues and our leading, proactive Employee Relations projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide advice, counsel, and resolution to managers on a broad range of employee's issues including general HR issues, policy integration and interpretation, work conditions and employee development in compliance with the Labor Law
Comprehensive planning in resolving company-wide disciplinary matters
Provide support, guidance and recommendations to the business in managing risk to the business.
Increase and strengthen compliance awareness companywide and upskilling managers by educating managers on a range of employment laws topics to ensure legal compliance
Support resolution of employee relations issues and conducts investigation
Implementation of, and contribution to, our ER Strategy and related project management
Development, enhancement, and implementation of HR and practices, based on sound commercial arguments/ reasoning.
Manage acquisition compliance frameworks
Keep track of the latest legislative changes and help develop HR Partner knowledge and capability
Accurate record keeping and proactively use data to drive the ER function forward.
Maintain personal, employee, and business confidentiality in all matters that they, the Employee Relations Team, and wider Accenture business are involved in.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in human resources and Labour Law or LLB preferred
Minimum 4 to 7 years of experience in Employee or Industrial Relations matters
Expert knowledge of relevant employment law, and local regulations
Strong analytical and written skills to produce investigation reports/notes, or recommendations for solutions based on reasoned rationales. It is important to also have an enquiring mind and the ability to spot patterns/trends.
Ability to actively listen, reason and empathize at all levels, build trust very quickly.
Ideas and a willingness to create and manage meaningful projects.
