Education
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related discipline.
Experience
- 1-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or ERP Functional Consultant.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, Netsuite, or similar platforms.
- Strong background in IT applications, ERP solutioning, and business process analysis.
- Experience in FMCG, retail, consumer goods, or supply chain-driven industries is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with omnichannel retail operations, inventory management, demand planning, or merchandising processes is an advantage.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- System design experience would be a plus.
- Experience in solution design and process improvement.
- Good understanding of ERP modules and cross-functional integrations.
- Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, or Waterfall project methodologies.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with data analysis, reporting tools, or BI platforms is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- ERP certification (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, etc.) is advantageous.
- Experience supporting regional ERP implementations or transformation programs.
- Exposure to cloud-based ERP solutions and digital transformation initiatives.
- Knowledge of APIs, system integrations, and middleware solutions is a plus.
