ERP Finance Process Consultant – Indirect Tax (OneSource)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ERP Finance Process Consultant – Indirect Tax (OneSource) to support a large-scale ERP transformation programme within a leading global organization in the energy industry. The successful candidate will work closely with Global Process Owners (GPOs) to design and optimize finance processes, facilitate fit-to-template workshops, and support ERP implementation activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Global Process Owners (GPOs) to develop future-state finance process designs.
• Support ERP transformation initiatives, including fit-to-template workshops and Key Design Decisions (KDDs).
• Manage finance-related process improvements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Work with cross-functional stakeholders to optimize financial operations and mitigate business risks.
• Analyze financial processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities.
• Provide guidance and recommendations throughout the ERP implementation lifecycle.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with OneSource (Tax Engine Automation).
• Expert knowledge of SAP Data Migration.
• Experience in ERP finance transformation or implementation projects.
• Good understanding of indirect tax processes and finance operations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
