Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting/Finance, Information Technology, or related field.
10+ years of experience in ERP financial solution design, integration architecture, or finance
functional consulting.
Hands-on experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or equivalent
Strong understanding of accounting principles and compliance requirements.
Proven experience designing cross-module architectures involving Operations + Finance.
Ability to produce clear solution designs, process flows, and technical/functional documentation.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Strong stakeholder management skills, especially with Finance and Operations leadership
