Job Description

  • Gather and analyze business requirements across Finance, Procurement, Inventory, CRM, and Operations
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and ERP configurations
  • Configure ERP modules based on client requirements
  • Conduct workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and solution walkthroughs
  • Support end-to-end ERP implementation lifecycle from design to go-live
  • Prepare functional design documents (FDD), process flows, and test cases
  • Coordinate with technical teams for customizations and integrations
  • Perform system testing, UAT support, and issue resolution
  • Train end-users and support change management initiatives
  • Provide post-implementation support and system optimization
  • Ensure documentation and adherence to best practices
