ERP Management Consulting Manager

Job Responsibilities:

1. Lead the implementation and delivery of ERP projects, including business research, drafting solutions, and developing business solutions that meet customer requirements.

2. Manage project execution by assigning tasks, mentoring team members, monitoring progress, ensuring quality, and providing comprehensive oversight throughout the project lifecycle.

3. Organize project documentation, summarize and extract key insights, develop case studies, and share experiences with the team.

Qualifications:

1. Over 5 years of ERP project implementation experience, having led at least three large-scale financial, supply chain, or manufacturing projects.

2. Demonstrated ability to manage project risks and ensure successful delivery.

3. Excellent communication, organizational, and coordination skills, with a strong capacity for industry learning and in-depth business analysis.

4. Proficiency in English is essential, along with a collaborative team spirit.

Additional Information:

• Education: Full-time study experience is required, with a Bachelor's degree as the minimum educational qualification.
• Language: Preference is given to Mandarin speakers (proficient in Mandarin communication).
