We are seeking an experienced ERP Administrator to lead the strategic configuration and optimization of our ERP system across U.S. and international entities.
This role combines ERP administration and process optimization, owning system configuration, financial data integrity, and cross-functional alignment from implementation through continuous improvement. You will work closely with finance, operations, and development teams to translate business requirements into scalable, automation-driven solutions that enhance efficiency and support sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic configuration, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of ERP modules, particularly Finance, Order Management, and Inventory.
- Provide system support across all modules including; General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash Management, Consolidations, Purchasing, Inventory Management
- Ensure all financial system processes comply with standard accounting principles, including double-entry accounting.
- Oversee inventory control, production workflows, and order management systems to maintain high data accuracy and integrity.
- Collaborate closely with U.S.-based team members and developer teams to ensure ERP configurations align with evolving business needs.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement configuration enhancements to support future finance and operational initiatives.
- Partner with system configuration and development teams to create automation and AI-driven solutions to improve efficiency.
- Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, user access controls, and financial data governance.
- Manage staged ERP implementation for the Malaysia entity, including integration with local systems such as Kakitangan.com.
- Support financial data migration and ensure ERP alignment with local regulatory and reporting requirements.
- Lead user training and adoption initiatives as new features and improvements are introduced.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting & Finance, Information Technology Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in ERP implementation, administration, and system maintenance.
- Demonstrated proficiency in configuring, implementing, and optimizing ERP Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, Consolidations).
- Strong proficiency in financial data management and a solid understanding of double-entry accounting principles.
- Proficiency in managing inventory, order management, and purchasing workflows within an ERP system.
- Proven ability to translate business processes into effective ERP system configurations.
- Experience working directly with developer teams to build automation and AI-driven workflow solutions.
- Proficiency in data migration, system integrations, and maintaining data integrity across platforms.
- Strong working proficiency in Sage Intacct or Brightpearl is highly preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in troubleshooting ERP issues, optimizing system performance, and supporting end users.
- High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage complex ERP configurations in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly when working with international teams.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement and scalable system design.
