THE POSITION
The ERP Program Officer is a key member of the ERP Programme team and works closely with the ERP Program Manager to support ERP implementation, business readiness, process standardization, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives across the Group's business units. The role is intended as a permanent position that supports both ERP implementation activities and the ongoing governance, adoption, and continuous improvement of ERP solutions across the group.
Reporting to the ERP Program Manager, the ERP Program Officer partners closely with business process owners, data owners, site leadership, IT, and implementation partners to support ERP implementation, business readiness, deployment, and post-go-live governance. The role also contributes to master data governance, process standardization, continuous improvement, and future ERP rollouts across the Group.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Phase 1 – ERP Implementation (Pre Go-Live)
- Support the ERP Program Manager in delivering ERP implementation activities across business functions and business units.
- Partner with business process owners, data owners and implementation consultants to support successful delivery of ERP implementation objectives.
- Support business readiness, data migration, user acceptance testing, training and cutover preparation.
- Support the ERP Program Manager in managing project risks, issue resolution, business readiness and delivery of implementation objectives.
- Partner with business stakeholders, IT teams and implementation consultants to drive alignment and support successful ERP deployment.
Phase 2 – ERP Governance & Continuous Improvement (Post Go-Live)
- Serve as a key member of the ERP governance and support team, working with business users and stakeholders to sustain ERP effectiveness, user adoption, and process compliance following go-live.
- Support ERP governance and ensure consistent application of standard business processes across business units.
- Partner with business process owners and data owners to maintain master data quality and governance.
- Support ERP enhancement requests, change management and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor ERP adoption, process compliance and governance KPIs.
- Support future ERP rollouts and template deployment across additional business units.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in ERP implementation, PMO, project management, business transformation or operational excellence.
- Experience supporting ERP implementation or transformation projects using enterprise ERP systems is preferred.
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial, electronics, or supply chain environments is an advantage.
- Exposure to ERP testing, training, data migration, or process improvement initiatives is desirable.
